About

JK3 Consulting LLC (“JK3”) is a consulting firm providing land planning, project management and risk assessment services. This approach to comprehensive land development management is best suited for commercial and industrial developers, as well as large national retailers. Many of these client types have become frustrated by heightened and fluctuating governmental regulations, incomplete due diligence and below-average project management. Project delays have cost these clients significant financial expenditures. Thus, unlike traditional design firms and “in-house” staff services, JK3 provides innovative and reliable land development and project management services to ensure timely and cost-effective project completions. The firm has an established presence in the Northeast from Maine to Virginia to western Pennsylvania. Strategic alliances with various regional sub-consultants provide JK3 with an extended knowledge base and immediate penetration into a given market.
